In late 2023 / early 2024, I started to explore medieval miniatures and calligraphic hands, re-engaging with paint, ink, and imaging. It takes many years to become proficient at either of these arts but I still think the outcomes are fun to make and look at. This copying practice is research for original paintings, collage, and zines.
